Her approach is client centred and grounded in empathy and curiosity. She believes that every person’s experiences are unique and that counselling is a collaborative process. She strives to meet clients where they are and help them develop greater self-understanding.

Isabela is interested in providing individual counselling to clients to young people in their late teens and early adulthood with a focus on supporting clients through life transitions, experiences of anxiety, stress, depression, and life challenges. She also welcomes the opportunity to work with adults of all ages and values learning from experiences and perspectives that each client brings to counselling.
